Luce Restaurant was founded in March of 2001 by current owners Joseph Capasso & Dino Vitagliano.  Soon after purchasing the restaurant, the owners consulted with experts of New York City’s finest eateries on how to bring the contemporary New York City style of dining to Caldwell, New Jersey. They envisioned a trendy, yet casual, atmosphere, serving authentic Italian-flaired cuisine highlighting signature dishes with an eclectic touch—presented with impeccable service.  This all came together and Luce Restaurant was developed. Years later, Luce continues to provide award-winning food and exceptional service to its loyal clientele.
